Your 100-night trial begins the day your mattress is delivered to your doorstep. If you decide it isn't a perfect fit for you within the first 100 nights, we'll have it picked up and issue a refund. (Awesome, right?)

10 year warranty

If there's something wrong with your mattress, we'll replace it for up to 10 years, starting from the date of original purchase.

We do not offer online purchases for in-store pick up at this time, however a Sleep Genius can help you place an order during your visit. Some stores may have the product you're looking for in stock, so we encourage you to call your local store if you're looking for more information about a specific product.
Our return + exchange policy in-store is the same as our online policy. We're here for deeper sleep, not buyer's remorse, so we offer a 100-night trial period on mattresses and 30-nights for pillows + bedding. This trial period begins when your products are delivered, and you have the duration of the trial to determine if your product is the perfect fit.
