I was recently on the phone with tech support setting up a network, when the
tech on the phone advised me to go to purple.com and tell him what I saw. I
burst into laughter as soon as I saw it. SO Classic. The tech uses it
because it's simple and quick loading, and everyone knows how to spell it.
At any rate, I wanted to compliment you on your accomplishment. On reading
your posted emails, it would seem many folks don't grasp why you maintain
purple. I applaud you in making them scratch their fevered heads. Surely
there is more than meets the eye with the page, however, point well taken.
And good job in confusing the masses.

Purple,

I wanted to write an insighful, or possibly witty email to you. But
my life is kept simple, already by some sort of guiding force that I
have yet to identify. So, I have yet to be troubled with an excessive
wit.

So, I apologize for my failure to write something interesting. Yet, I
revel in the delight of knowing that there are people stiving for what
I already have, even if i am not quite sure what it is.

I found your site amusing. Kudos!

Just commenting on your page, reminds me of what the internet once
was. I thought personal expression was dead, but I remember your page
and keep on plugging.

Just one quick question that wasn't on your FAQ though:
How long has Purple.com been on the internet?

Just wondering,

Keep is Surreal

Truly fascinating website.

Exceedingly humourous website. Probably one of the highest humor
values given the minimal content exposed on the page.

The simplicity of purple can only be summed up in one
word.......purple

I would have donated to you, but then I wouldn't have money so it
makes my life more by not donating

Gah! Someone linked me up to www.purple.com the other
day and I've been going crazy since then trying to
figure out what you use it for. In you FAQ you say
only that you use it, but non-technically inclined
people don't know why (in a rather perjorative way, I
might add). I AM technically inclined, but I can't
imagine a purpose for which you need a specific domain
name. Do you just like youremail@purple.com? Or maybe
you use a subdomain? Could you give me a hint here?

We throw out most mail without responding to it. Any mail sent to a purple address might end up here if it meets muster. Those above are the lucky ones. Testimonial
